I painted "The Basrah Raid" after the inspiring read of "Strike Eagle - Flying the F15E in the Gulf War" by William L. Smallwood. It shows a
F-15E of the 335th Fighter Squadron "Chiefs" on a mission during Operation "Desert Storm".
